Q. What types of homes fit the GTT Instant Offer program?

A. Generally single family homes in Tennessee located in Rutherford, Wilson, DeKalb, Cannon, Coffee, Bedford, Marshall, Williamson and Davidson Counties built after 1960 with current market values between $100,000 – $500,000, although in some instances we are able to make an offer on properties outside of those parameters. Homes must be owner-occupied or vacant, non-distressed, and not bank owned. Homes must be in our service area and not have any issues requiring more than $25,000 in repairs.
